Carrey’s love of nature and passion for science drew her to Naturopathic Medicine. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004, after studying Biomedical Science and Nutrition at the University of Guelph (1998) , and earning her Master of Science degree in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario (2000). Her thesis was published in the scientific journals Anesthesiology and Brain Research.
Carrey enjoys teaching and empowering her patients how to significantly improve their health and lifestyle. She has a family practice with special focus on children and women’s health, fertility, pre- and postnatal care, skin health, detoxification and cancer care. Carrey is also a registered Bowen practitioner (www.bowtech.com), Naturopathic Doula and certified Intravenous (IV) Therapist.

Carrey has published and peer-reviewed articles for CAMline (www.camline.ca), an evidence-based website on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) for healthcare professionals and the public. She also mentors naturopathic and undergraduate university students, teaching them about the benefits of complementary and alternative medicine.

Carrey is an active member of both the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors, and licensed with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy.

In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running as well as spending time with her husband and their daughters in the great outdoors, hiking and backcountry camping.

Helping people achieve and maintain optimal health and well being is Jiselle’s passion. As a board certified and licensed naturopathic doctor, Jiselle provides a wide range of therapies including nutrition and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and traditional Chinese medicine.
Jiselle’s integrated approach combines an evidence based medicine and traditional knowledge. Her heart based approach encourages authenticity in uncovering root causes and allowing for life transformations to happen.

Jiselle’s naturopathic practice focus includes women’s health, fertility, pain reduction, healthy aging, and stress reduction. She is also a certified Bowen Therapist, Reiki Master and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncturist.

Jiselle is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Medicine (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Medicine (CAND) and licensed through the Ontario Board of Directors of Drugless Therapists for Naturopathy (BDDT-N)

Registered Massage Therapist

Bobbi Jo is committed to a holistic approach, making Naturopathic Perspectives a great fit! She not only treats the body, but the mind and soul as well. Bobbi Jo finds Registered Massage Therapy very rewarding, as she assists in the healing journey of her patients.
Bobbi Jo graduated from the Everest College Massage Therapy program and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists’ of Ontario. Bobbi Jo has specific training in hydrotherapy, pregnancy massage, lymph circulation/drainage, myofascial trigger point therapy, joint health, and rhythmic joint mobilization. She also has significant clinical experience with injuries like frozen shoulder, joint replacements, repetitive strain injuries, and motor vehicle injuries.

Therapeutic touch through Massage Therapy increases blood flow, lymphatic tissue drainage, and relieves impingement. Bobbi Jo helps her patients see and experience the connection between relief of physical stressors and pain, and a balanced mind and soul.

In addition to her professionalism, honesty, and maintaining excellent standards of care, Bobbi Jo continues to learn and share information about natural healing with her patients.

Jami-Leigh has always had a passion for helping others, and has dedicated her career to doing so. Her mission is to be part of the journey with you; to help you overcome obstacles and learn ways to cope with life’s challenges. She strives to employ an empathetic, genuine, and caring approach with the children, adolescents, and adults with whom she works.

Jami-Leigh has been working as a clinical social worker in both pediatric and adult healthcare for the past eight years. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from McMaster University, a Masters of Social Work specializing in Health and Mental Health from the University of Toronto, and is currently a PhD Candidate and Course Instructor at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto.
Jami-Leigh is trained in a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques. In addition to her clinical practice, she has co-authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has recently co-authored a book chapter examining clinical approaches to addressing trauma.
Jami-Leigh is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
